Photography began for me in the most personal way possible—because of my son, Eli.

I wanted to hold onto the fleeting moments of his childhood. The little expressions, the in-between laughter, the everyday magic that passes far too quickly. I picked up a camera because I didn’t want to forget how it felt to watch him grow.

But along the way, God turned that desire into a calling.

What started as a way to preserve my own child’s memories became a way to honor the stories of so many others. Families. Seniors. Children. Milestones that feel ordinary in the moment, but become sacred with time.

Photography has given me more than a career—it has given me presence. It allows me to slow down. To stay attentive. To be both a working mother and a present one. To build a life where I don’t have to choose between creating and being there for Eli.

And with that also came the many clients that have turned into friendships. Not only do I have the joy of watching my son grow, I get the privilege to watch and capture many families and their children- from tiny newborns to the hope-filled graduates.

I get to capture pure JOY.

Every time I lift my camera, I’m reminded that this gift was never meant to point back to me. It’s meant to serve. To preserve. To bless. To reflect the goodness of the One who gave it.

There are days filled with joy and confidence, and others that stretch my faith and remind me how deeply I rely on God’s provision. Through busy seasons and quiet ones, I’m learning to surrender control and trust His timing, His path, and His purpose.

This space—Faith Between Frames—is a place for my honest reflection. On faith. On motherhood. On creativity. On calling. And on the grace God places in the moments we’re trusted to hold.

My prayer is simple:

That every session, every image, every family served, and every word written here would point back to Him.

Not for my name.

Not for applause.

But for His glory.

"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."
